Learning resources for skills, knowledge and assessment
OnlineCBT started with computer-based exam practice, but it is now a broader educational platform. Learners can study programming and web technologies, improve spoken English and grammar, practise Hindi and English typing, follow current affairs, read explanatory articles, use online calculators and access study material.
Together, these sections support several learning needs: understanding a topic, developing a practical skill, staying informed, solving an everyday problem and measuring progress. Test series are an optional assessment area when available, alongside the platform's lessons, articles and learning tools.
Our Story
How OnlineCBT Started — And Why We Built It
OnlineCBT was founded in June 2025 by the OnlineCBT Team — an enthusiastic group of educators and technology professionals as an online-based, digital-first learning platform serving students across All India. The idea was simple: millions of students across every state prepare for competitive exams every year, but many struggle to find a single, reliable platform that offers quality study material, daily current affairs, typing practice, and mock tests all in one place. That gap is what OnlineCBT was built to fill.
We started with a focus on Computer-Based Tests (CBT) — the format used in most major government and competitive exams in India today. As we grew, we realised that students need more than just mock tests. They need to understand concepts, stay updated with current affairs, improve their typing speed, build English communication skills, and access useful learning tools — all without switching between dozens of different apps or websites.
Today, OnlineCBT is a comprehensive educational platform serving students across India. Our platform currently hosts over 10,000+ practice questions across subjects, and we add new content every day. Our primary focus is on students preparing for NEET UG, but we also support aspirants of SSC CGL, RRB NTPC, Banking exams, and other government recruitment tests.
What makes OnlineCBT different is our commitment to bilingual learning. We understand that students across diverse states are comfortable reading content in Hindi and English, while competitive exam questions require mastery in both languages. That is why our current affairs, MCQ explanations, and key facts are available in both English and Hindi — so students can learn in the language they are most comfortable with.
We believe that quality education should be accessible to everyone. That is why a large portion of our content — including daily current affairs, typing tests, English practice, knowledge articles, and calculators — is available completely free of cost. For students who want more structured exam preparation, we also offer affordable premium test series with detailed performance analysis and rank comparison.
Our OnlineCBT mobile app is available on Google Play, making it easier for students to study on the go, attempt mock tests, and track their progress from their smartphones. We are continuously improving the app and the website based on feedback from our learners across the country.
