1. Radio Buttons (`type="radio"`)

Radio buttons are used when the user must select exactly one option from a mutually exclusive set (e.g. Multiple Choice Question options):


  Question 1: What is the capital of India?

  
   Mumbai

   New Delhi

   Kolkata

   Chennai

Checkboxes allow users to select zero, one, or multiple options independently:

 Physics
 Chemistry
 Biology
